What's your refund policy?

Our policy lasts until before the order status update to shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We will shipphed your order within 2 bussiness days.

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying refunds only.

An item is eligible for cancellation if :

–  you posted a Refund request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” or “Processing” only, Once the status of your order is under “Shipped” it can not be cancelled

– The order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay.

– The ordered item is out of stock.

** Refund process can take up to 45-60 bussiness days depend on your payment method.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes you can if the order status is still 'processing'. You can contact us on LINE/Instragram DM with your Order information. You can not change the address after the order has been shipped.

Can I cancel the order?

Yes you can your order status is still 'processing'. If not we can not cancle your order

Can I Track my shipment?

Yes! Once you completed your order tracking No. will automatically send to your e-mail or you can check your Tracking No. manually at My account page -> Orders.

When will you ship the order?

Normally, We will ship the order 1-2 bussiness days after the payment has been confirmed.
