We reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of our website and/or application following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as amended. USE OF OUR SERVICE

ELIGIBILITY

– You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with us under applicable laws;
– You are an authorized user of the credit or debit card, or payment account used to pay for your order; and;
are resident in a country that we deliver to.

For those in Thailand, if you are under 20 years old, you must first obtain consent from your legal representative, such as your parent, before using our Service and your legal representative will be responsible for your use of and access to the Service; this includes financial responsibility for any items you purchase through our Service.

In any case, any use or access to the Service by anyone under 10 years old is strictly prohibited and in violation of these terms and conditions. If you are under 10 years old, please do not attempt to register for the Service or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 10, which are not provided by their legal representative, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. ACCOUNTS

You must create an account at Goodmatestore to gain access to the Service and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and at our sole discretion. You may never use another User’s account without permission. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. In case of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify Goodmatestore to prevent any further loss. Goodmatestore will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service is also available through Facebook’s “Facebook Connect” service, Google account or Apple ID (collectively the “Linking Account”). You must have an active Facebook, Google or Apple account in order to access the Service through the Linking Account, and you hereby represent and warrant that you have read and agreed to be bound by all applicable Facebook policies and will act in accordance with those policies, in addition to your obligations under these terms and conditions. If you access the Service through Linking Account, Goodmatestore may require that your Goodmatestore user ID be the same as your username for Facebook, Google or Apple. If you sign into Goodmatestore through Linking Account, we deem that you (i) will provide your Facebook, Google or Apple account credentials to Goodmatestore, (ii) have consented to have the information in that account transmitted into your Goodmatestore account, and (iii) agree that you shall only use Facebook, Google or Apple accounts owned by you, and not by any other person or entity.

By providing Goodmatestore your email address, you consent to our use of that email address to provide relevant Service, including sending you Service-related notices, such as any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail.

You may subscribe for our notifications of new arrivals, promotions, and special offers via email. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out or change your preferences on Notification tab on your account. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or special offers.

SERVICE RULES

User shall only access the audiovisual content available on the Service for streaming, which is a contemporaneous digital transmission of an audiovisual work via the Internet from Goodmatestore’s Service to a User’s device in such a manner that the data is intended for real-time viewing and not intended to be copied, stored, permanently downloaded, or redistributed by the User. Any access for any other purposes or in any other manners are strictly prohibited.

We may, without prior notice, change, modify or update the Service, stop providing the Service or certain features of the Service (to you or generally), or create usage limits for the Service. In any circumstance, we may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice or liability to Goodmatestore, including if, in our sole discretion, you violate any provisions of these terms and conditions. Our Service, Goodmatestore Content (as defined below) and/or any material obtained from our website and application are provided on as-is basis. Your use of the content and material is at your own risk. Your action, including downloads, may contain significant or insignificant program errors, bugs, and viruses, which may cause an operational interruption to your computer system. You must screen the download for viruses before access. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Goodmatestore Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Goodmatestore shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.

OUR CONTRACT

No contract in respect of any products shall exist between you and us until your order has been accepted by us (whether or not funds have been deducted from your account). Your order constitutes your offer to us to purchase one or more items from us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the item has been dispatched. The contract for the purchase of a product between you and us will only be formed when we send you such confirmation.The contract will relate only to the products for which we have confirmed the dispatch. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of those products has been confirmed.

PRODUCTS

Goodmatestore aims to provide accurate overview and display of genuine product. However, please be noted that online shopping may provide you a different user experience – variation of colors and measurements may occur from time to time, depending on various factors, including but not limited to, specification of the device you are using and brightness and environment when browsing the product.

In describing our products, we attempt to be as accurate as possible, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of our Service are accurate, complete, up-to-date, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy under these terms and conditions is to return it in original condition, subjected to provisions set out in the heading “Product Return” below.

ORDERS

You may purchase products by placing orders on our website and/or application. Goodmatestore will promptly prepare your order upon receipt of the order. The order status can be found on My Orders tab on your account

Goodmatestore reserves the right to reject or cancel any order or offer to purchase of any product without cause at any time.

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subjected to availability and our confirmation set out under the heading “Our Contract” above.

Promotional and Discount Code

Goodmatestore offers various promotions, discount code and other means of special offer to you, which may be subject to number, period and condition of purchase. If you would like to use promotional or discount code, you must enter the relevant code during the online checkout process. Only one code can be used per order and additional terms and conditions may apply in respect of each code. We also recommend you check availability of such code and ensure that the applicable code is applied to your order before placing order. Price and Payment

All of our product prices are inclusive of VAT (at the relevant rate chargeable for the time being) but exclusive of delivery fees shown separately during the checkout process, unless otherwise stated therein.

We use our every effort to ensure that our product prices are updated and accurate at the time you place your order. Product price may differ from time to time due to various factors, including but not limited to demand of the products and exchange rate fluctuation, among the others. We may change the prices on our site at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders which We have already accepted. However, if the rate of VAT changes after the date of your order, we will adjust the rate of VAT you pay unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.

Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on our website and/or are correct, error may occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, refund to you any sums you have paid and require the return of any products provided to you.

If you choose to make your payment online via credit or debit cards, your payment is due upon placement of order. For cash on delivery and pay-at-store, payment is due upon your receipt of the products. For online payment and cash on delivery, Goodmatestore will issue you an order invoice which shall be made available to you electronically on your account’s My Order tab.

Shipping

At your option, you may choose to ship your order to any location nationwide to the extent it is made available as shipping location on our website and/or application or drop off at Goodmatestore or partner’s store (available in Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia). Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Product Returns

Products supplied by us are warranted to be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for purpose free from defects in workmanship or materials. If you are not satisfy with products purchased, subject to the terms and conditions set out in our return policy, you may return the product within the specified return period.

Our product return does not apply to any defect in the products arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with our instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations due to an event beyond our control. An event beyond our control means any act, event, omission or accident beyond Goodmatestore’s reasonable control, such as acts of God, unexpected acts of any governmental authority, war, riots, natural disasters, or epidemic.

If an event beyond our control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you and our obligations under the contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event beyond our control. Where the event beyond our control affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you such event is over. You may cancel a contract affected by an event beyond our control if there is a risk of substantial delay.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISK OF LOSS

The products shall be under your responsibility from the time it has been delivered to you (or a third party nominated by you). You will take ownership of the products when full payment of the product, including delivery charges, is received by Goodmatestore, or upon the product having been delivered to you, whichever is the later.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Goodmatestore shall only be liable for foreseeable loss or suffer, arising under or in connection with our breach of these terms and conditions and only limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. We shall not be liable to you for any indirect loss, consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation, loss of business opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data.

Goodmatestore do not warrant the accuracy and security of the information transmitted or obtained through our website and/or application, unless otherwise expressly stated therein. Unless otherwise set out hereunder, all product descriptions, information and materials shown on our website and/or application are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties.

OUR PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

Except for your User Content, as defined below, the Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, designs, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and User Content (the ” Goodmatestore Content”), and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Goodmatestore,one of our affiliates or third parties who have licensed their materials to us.

Goodmatestore may assign all or part of its rights or obligations under this terms and conditions without your consent.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, these terms and conditions shall, in such jurisdiction, continue to be valid as to its other provisions and the remainder of the affected provision; and the legality, validity or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction shall be unaffected.
